Each event will include full-service coordination and planning.  Our team will take care of all your events needs from the earliest stages of planning to cleaning the space once you are finished. 

As part of each booking, we will stage and set up the room to your specifications, setup and test all audio-visual equipment, projectors, microphones, and stage all your stationery requests at your direction. 

This preliminary planning and coordination will allow you to focus more on your event without having to worry about setting up the room.  During your event our onsite events team will be there to respond to any of your needs and should an issue arise, they will immediately be able to address any concerns.
